teachers, school coordinators, and administrators.

application (the "App").

Account & Profile Details:
Full name, phone number, email address, school name,
UDISE code, mandal, district, and user role
(Student, School Coordinator, or Administrator).
Student Roster Information:
Student name, class, section, and participation records
entered by authorized school coordinators.
b. User-Generated Submissions
Creative Entries:
Photographs of drawings, paintings, and written essays
submitted for contests.
Audio Recordings:
Audio clips submitted by participants for elocution and
speech competitions.
Quiz Responses:
Answers, scores, time taken, and completion status for
educational quizzes.
c. Device & Hardware Permissions
To enable app functionalities, Missileman may request access to:
Camera (CAMERA):
To capture photos of student drawings, essays, and
on-campus event verification photos.
Microphone & Audio (RECORD_AUDIO):
To record speeches for elocution challenges.
Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION):
Used exclusively when school coordinators capture campus
event photos to verify physical school attendance with
geotagged coordinates and timestamps.
Photo Library / Storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE):
To allow users to select and upload submission files from
their device.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for legitimate educational
and competition purposes:
To authenticate and manage user accounts and school profiles.
To organize, process, and evaluate student submissions for
drawing, essay, speech, and quiz competitions.
To generate leaderboards, scorecards, participation reports,
and certificates.
To verify the authenticity and physical location of school
events through geotagged photos.
To provide administrative dashboards for school coordinators
and education authorities.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We respect your privacy and
do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data
to third parties.

Authorized School Coordinators & State Administrators:
To review student entries, conduct evaluations, and generate
reports.
Secure Cloud & Infrastructure Providers:
Trusted backend infrastructure and cloud hosting providers
(e.g., Firebase, secure cloud databases) bound by strict
confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Legal Compliance:
When required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Children’s Privacy & Parental Consent
Missileman is an educational app intended for school students
and educators.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children without the consent and supervision of their
respective schools, teachers, or parents/legal guardians.
Student profiles and submissions are registered through
designated school coordinators for official school-level
and state-level academic events.
If you believe that personal information of a child was
provided without appropriate authorization, please contact
us at our support email, and we will promptly take corrective
measures.
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational
security measures to protect your personal information against
unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is

Data Retention:
We retain student submissions and account data only for as
long as necessary to fulfill the educational competition
cycle and academic reporting requirements.

submission data.
